Finally logged in on a computer to make a bio! I was the fat kid in school on my first diet at 8. I've tried them all. Lost 70 pounds about 10 years ago and have kept it mostly off. I'm now a 39 year old mother of 2 teens who loves cooking and all things food related. Body composition plays a big part in my goals. Working to gain muscle and lose inches. I don't really care about the number on the scale. It's just a good metric to track.
