Good! Now this may be hard for you, but try not to weigh every day. Your weight fluctuates throughout the day and also daily. Pick a day, like Saturday, and weight first thing in the morning. Then don't weigh until the next Saturday. I got that advice from my VA nutritionist. You get a better idea of your loss week to week. Keep working out, you'll get there!!
