Diario di ginome, 16 lug 22

I think my body likes to keep whatever I eat nowdays. I use to have my no. 2 every morning before this. Now it's only once every couple days and even more sometimes. Still haven't had any in the pass 24 hours. Trying though🤣. Part of NSVs i guess.😄 I have a feeling my number for this week not going to be beautiful. We'll see.🏖️😅

I was having this problem with my diet. didn't matter how much fiber I ate even 50 or 80 grams a day wouldn't help now I let 2 tblsp of chia seeds soak in water every night and eat them in the morning. they have been the only thing that helped put me back on a regular schedule. I tried cutting them out for. a few weeks because I wanted to use the 120 calories to eat other things and went back to pooping like once every 5 or 6 days added them back and all is well In the world again lol.. worth a try

I also eat chia seeds and lots of fiber.

Usually coffee works for me but if not, I eat some fiber or take a fiber pill.

I feel you messages7. Could possibly because of age, I agree. Just that when you use to wake up in the middle of the night, every night to do no. 1 then again no.1 and 2 in the morning it's hard not to wonder what happen when all that suddenly stop😄

Do you take magnesium? 400 mgs. with dinner may help you go the next morning.

Eat raw radishes. 2 to 4 a day at least. You can eat them after the meal or before bed. You will feel amazing quick!!!

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. Just go through my micronutrient for this week and I think it's probably fibre like you guys said. My intake for the whole week is only below 70g, the same for last week😅. Probably will try the chia seed, yogurt, coffee and magnesium later. You guys are great👍👍👍🌻💖

Until I got onto eating raw pumpkin seeds I had my problems. I'm still not totally regular, but a 90% improvement and apparently they have many health benefits. Drink lots of water though. I eat about 1/2 cup daily and order them from Amazon on subscription of 2 Kg / month.

1 glass of sunsweet prune juice in the morning before you eat anything wait 1-2hours you should be good.fyi hold on for dear life. I would do half a glass every morning after that to stay regular. Thank me later.
