Brunch. After done cooking I weigh it. 900+ gram (2 lbs), ouch. Split it in half. One for now and one for dinner.

Breezy, I think that's is actually a good practice. I remember words of the wise regarding this. "Each meal is actually enough for two". Glad I split it. Just had my dinner😋

Otb, thanks bro. I use beef this time instead of shrimps 😋. Fortunately for me, everything from today and yesterday has been chased out by either the sauerkraut or cucumber kimchi just now. Yeap, I've been emptied 🤣.

It's amazing how fast portions can add up. I've had to learn to reel in what I think a "normal " portion is. Good plan to split it and saves you some cooking!

That looks amazing! I do the same thing. I actually use Fat Secret's cookbook to enter in all the ingredients for some of my favorite recipes and then I mess with the servings to fit my macro's and then divide it up into containers for the hubby & I.

Thanks sk, means a lot. I used konjac noodle for 0 net carbs, instead of the typical rice noodle. Almost as good though😋

Indeed writing. I wasn't planned to split it at first but when I recall what happened last week, where I lost only 0.2lbs, I really need to be cautious not only about the makro but the weight of the food as well.

Thanks sidnay. You're right😋. The dinner one not as good as this freshly cooked brunch one though. Fortunately my will to make up for last week's loss is stronger at the the time. Not always the case unfortunately 😅
