Woke up earlier than usual. Trying to get my workouts in without taking up too much of the day so I can get more of other things done. I was not able to sustain the last weigh in that I marked but I understand it’s just scale fluctuations; I’ve still lost 2.2 lbs in 9 days so far. Hope you all are having a great day.

Slow goes farther and lasts so much longer! Just don't beat yourself up over it. You know what you have to do! Drink lots of water, eat and exercise in moderation! Don't forget, muscle weighs more, and muscle burns fat. Hang in there! I'm here rooting for you!😃👍

I once lost 90ish lbs with FatSecret but it’s been so long I have to rebuild my patience with weight loss
