It’s frustrating watching my weight fluctuate lately and I want to quit but feel like I should at least keep tabs on it so it doesn’t go back up past this number

Everyone of us here knows what your going through, but honestly, don’t overthink it, and keep going, I always found 1 week out of the month, I didn’t lose / put on a bit, it was if was body was saying, you’ve lost enough this month, and I’m just gonna slow it down this week! 😂👍🏻
