Diario di ginome, 04 lug 22

A little over a month trying keto. Loss 7.2kg (15.8lbs) so far in that period of time. Still more to go. Feeling grateful.😊😊😊
86,8 kg Perso fino ad ora: 11,2 kg.    Rimanenti: 21,8 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

How is the keto working for you ? I find it hard for me to just eat protein all day, who knows maybe it would speed up my weight loss journey.

To be honest I'm not sure myself bb. Not sure whether it's the keto, my caloric intake or some other factor like metabolism and thing like that. But here's my daily routine if it's help. + I woke up an hour before sunrise and stretch. + Walk for an hour sometimes more every day while listening to lectures. + Having brunch at 10 or 11. Sometime I skip it all together and do one meal a day(OMAD) instead. + Do Intermittent fasting after that until 6. + Having dinner at 6.30 or 7 pm and do a little walk after that, just to get the food settle down. + Intermittent fasting again until the next morning and repeat the cycle again for the next day. + Occasionally I do push up and dumbbells for legs and chest. That's pretty much it. Nothing much, I think.

As for my food. I normally have, eggs, chicken breast, veggies and somtimes nuts. No protein powder....yet😄

One more thing. I dont use sugar anymore since I started keto. Instead i use stevia and erythritol for sweetener. I also drinks diluted apple cider vinegar morning and evening to reduce belly fat.😅
