Wonderful progress. I need a bike to ride. But no place to ride. I guess I could go on the beach.

well...for me i was at 312 when i started riding again...an now i miss when i dont do a morning ride...just being out side doing a ride..is just awesome...you cant ride inside an get that same feeling...

Finally get to ride again today myself. Goal is 11 miles 52 minutes. but today it will be nearly 100 degrees when I ride so my time may fall due to stopping to drink water. Hydrating now should have 5 16.9 oz bottles in me before I ride. on #3 for the day now.
