Diario di ginome, 25 lug 22

There's some more yeast left after the donuts yesterday. Decided to make a bread with a sprinkle of sesame, salt and sugar on top. Loves the smell of freshly baked bread. Managed to resist so far. lol.

the difference between homemade/real bakery bread and the mass-produced loaf bread, blows my mind. once I had that homemade stuff, I never, ever went back.

Its just Flour, water, yeast, margarine, egg, salt, sugar, oil and sesame.

I think the gloss you've noticed comes from egg-wash coating. Delicious!

Thanks gwzfire, i'll take note of that. I just used oil for this one to make the sesame stick to the bread.😄
