Nice work, looks great. I'm tall and it's next to impossible to find any kind of pant that fits.  

2melons thanks. Got to love youtube. A few trial and error though before I get it right😅. Wow, you have to custom made your pants everytime then? Ouch, And here I thought shorten my pants was a hassle 😌 

I would trade being able to shorten my pants if I could ever buy them long enough to do that. If you are tall it is hard to add fabric but I have torn hems out! LOL 

Redporchlady thanks. Hearing from you and 2melons reminds me to be grateful with whatever circumstances I'm in😅. Everyone had their own struggle in life. 

There is a self-adhesive felt tape, it is applied with iron on the inside, because if you shorten them by sewing them the truth is I do not think you will grow much again, lol, also with the folding what you get is that if you had to unsew there are stripes, but it is always good to know how to sew for any other situation, For jeans I do not recommend it.👍😊

I did this with my son’s pants years ago. My husband has the same build.. long torso short legs. We’re the same height but I’m all leg so always telling him to catch up. 😜 

I have short friends and family so it seems the struggle is real for everyone. But as you say we should always be appreciative of what we have. I am glad to be vertical! ❤️❤️❤️ 

Good skill to know, I have long legs so I have opposite problem...

Well, I’m trying my hand at a double wedding ring quilt for the first time ever. Never quilted before (made 2 appliqué baby quilts 2+yrs ago with help so🤷🏻‍♀️) I guess we’re never too old to learn a new skill. It keeps my brain active so that’s good, right?! 

Thanks for the info yago👍. This jeans is fairly new. I choose to shorten it like this because I'm thinking of giving it away soon, probably to my brother in law. This one is size 38 and I'm already size 33 or less now😁

Aphoebe, lol on the last part there. Moms are always well equipped with this sorts of skills👍👍👍. I struggle to understand the invisible stitch part🤣. Finally got it after a few errors.

MartyOnTheGo. Quilting is way on a different level than this simple sewing👏👏👏. Needs more brain power fo sure. It's nice to have our mind busy and active from time to time. Definitely a good thing👍.
