Diario di cindylynnwho, 28 feb 21

My weight is still going in the wrong direction. Not sure if this is just my female cycle affecting it, or if I’m doing something that’s not working as far as weight loss. I lost almost 90lbs here on fatsecret years ago, but that was a different time of my life and what was working then (when I was much more overweight) doesn’t necessarily translate now. I’ve increased exercise significantly and cut calories (I think significantly, although I wasn’t counting before) but the results aren’t sticking yet. I tried to look back at what I was eating when I lost all that weight in 2008/2009, but then I realized I wasn’t logging in my food diary but was just doing intuitive eating mostly. Hmmm... added: I definitely LOOK skinnier so at least I can congratulate myself on some muscles!

Don't get discouraged. If you have lost inches, but not weight, you may be building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat, but you need muscle to burn fat. Just keep going! You have a wonderful community here to help you!
