Diario di cindylynnwho, 30 mag 21

I tried a new machine yesterday at the gym- a stair machine. In a short period of time I climbed the equivalent of 30 flights of stairs. It was cool and got my heart rate up but there was no stop button, only a pause button which turned off the resistance but let the stairs keep rolling. There was no secure way to get off so I fell off the back. I was not hurt, just landed hard on my feet, but it hurt my back a little and I’m not sure if I would use it again. My fiancé got me some cool bike lights so today’s exercise will be an evening bike ride. Have a great day!
