Otb, thanks bro. Yup, at least until I reach normal BMI. Will decide if I would go further from there and see how low I can go until the end of the year. Next year I plan to start body recomposition.💪💪💪

Fantastic milestone, and 25 BMI isn't that far off. I'd be curious as to what strategy you plan for body recomposition. It's on my agenda at the moment

Wow! Excellent! However, I am a little bit concerned about a rapid weight loss for short period, 2.8 kg/week. FYI, ideal weight loss is 0.5-1 kg(1-2 lbs.)/week. You know that. Please make sure that you maintain well-balanced diet and adequate water intake without dehydration. Once everything is clear, I am definitely happy for you! 😄 Congratulations! 🎈🎉

Thanks writing. Minus .8 more bmi to rumba🤣. Probably will not stop there though. It's too borderline. I definitely want to tone my overall especially the mid section. Not sure yet either doing weight or calisthenics or both. Had been researching about calisthenics lately😁. That's the kind of body I want, lean muscle. Not sure if I'll ever achive it with all this loose skin though 😅
